I plan on doing a lot of everything. I want to think both internally and externally. I want to talk to anyone and everyone who is willing to listen, and listen to anyone and everyone who wants to talk.
I am leaving America and studying at the American University of Paris for an academic year, taking classes in Communication Studies, Journalism, Psychology, and History. I’m also blessed to be living in one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Paris with one of the hippest girls I know. The cold doesn’t scare me, which is good because I plan on running all throughout the winter.
On particularly cold nights I intend to warm up by huddling (with or without Roomie) in the corner of a cafe, drinking my café, and writing or conversing…perhaps even studying if I’m feeling adventurous.
I want to travel. A lot. Planned trips to date include Germany, Amsterdam, England, Spain, Italy, skydiving in Switzerland, racing a half marathon in Brussels, and backpacking all over China. Towards the end of the calendar year I will be able to officially say that I’ve been around the world, literally, in 30 days or less. Awesome.
